How do you help kids with ADD/ADHD?
We've seen firsthand how our programs benefit kids with ADD/ADHD. Our constantly changing activities and challenges keep them engaged and focused, minimizing distractions and boredom. We don't discipline, we engage! Kids are rewarded for their attention and focus, making the experience positive and rewarding.
How do you work with kids who are shy or have social anxiety?
We understand that some kids may be hesitant to participate in group activities. Because of these scenarios, we take a firm but gentle approach that creates a welcoming and supportive environment. We take the time to connect with each child individually and make them feel comfortable. We offer multiple free trial classes and flexible options like parent participation to help kids ease into the experience.
Is Hot Ground Gym good for kids who don't enjoy traditional sports?
Absolutely! Many kids find our programs a refreshing alternative to competitive sports. There's no pressure to perform or compare with others. Our focus is on fun, challenge, and personal growth.
Can Hot Ground Gym help with off-season sports training?
Yes! Our obstacle courses provide excellent physical conditioning, hand-eye coordination training, and teamwork challenges, making them a great supplement to traditional sports training during the off-season.
What is the atmosphere like at Hot Ground Gym?
Our bright and inviting space, combined with our energetic music playlists, creates a positive and encouraging environment for kids. We want them to feel comfortable, confident, and excited to participate.

We welcome and support children with high-functioning Autism Disorder. We assess each child during a trial class to ensure our program is a good fit. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all children can thrive.
How do you incorporate your military experience into the programs?
